Honest and Persistent

"I have participated in multiple mediations with Mr. Smith.  I have also litigated against him as a defense attorney.  In both roles, I have found him to be extremely effective, honest, thoughtful, and persistent.  His knowledge and experience require all sides listen and consider his input, even and especially when they may disagree with it.  Richard is always well prepared on the facts and issues involved.  Whether the case involves complex issues and substantial damages or is more “straightforward,” I strongly recommend him as a mediator.
